This Privacy Policy explains how SuppleTrack ("we", "us", "the App") collects and uses data when you use our supplement-tracking application. We collect only the information needed to provide core functionality, maintain stability, and improve the overall user experience.

Collected through Mixpanel, Adjust, Mobile Analytics, and Superwall:

B. Usage Data

Collected through Mixpanel and Adjust:

  • Product interaction events
  • General usage patterns
  • In-app events and actions
  • Names and dosages of the supplements you add, and the names of your meal times
  • Device type and operating system version

Used for:

  • Understanding how users interact with the app
  • Measuring marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Improving features and user experience

C. Revenue Data

Collected through Superwall and Mobile Analytics:

  • Subscription events and status
  • Purchase transactions
  • Revenue metrics

Used for:

  • Evaluating subscription performance
  • Analyzing revenue patterns
  • Managing subscription lifecycle

D. Diagnostics

Collected through Sentry:

  • Crash reports
  • Performance metrics

  • Identifying technical issues

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party processors to support analytics, attribution, diagnostics, and subscription features:

Mixpanel

Analytics on how the app is used.

Adjust

Mobile attribution and analytics to measure user acquisition and in-app events.

Revenue and subscription analytics.

Sentry

Superwall

Subscription management and status verification.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

5. Legal Basis (UK/EU GDPR)

For users in the UK or EU, data is processed on the basis of Legitimate Interests, which include:

  • Ensuring the app works correctly
  • Identifying and resolving errors
  • Analysing usage patterns to improve the product
  • Managing in-app subscriptions

6. Data Retention

Analytics identifiers, diagnostics, and usage data are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes listed above, following the default retention timelines set by Mixpanel, Adjust, Mobile Analytics, Sentry, and Superwall, unless deletion is requested. You can request deletion at any time — see Deleting Your Data.

7. Your Rights

If you are located in the UK or EU, you may request:

  • Access to data associated with your device/application
  • Deletion of your data — see Deleting Your Data
  • Restriction or objection to processing

8. Deleting Your Data

You can ask us to delete the data SuppleTrack holds about you at any time. You do not need an account, and there is nothing to sign in to.

How to request deletion

  1. In the app, open Settings → Support & Feedback. This opens an email already filled in with your reference ID, which is what identifies your data.
  2. Send it to help@suppletrack.app with the subject "Delete my data".
  3. We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.

If you have already uninstalled the app and no longer have your reference ID, email us anyway and we will help you identify it.

What we delete

Your reference ID and everything linked to it across Mixpanel, Adjust, Mobile Analytics, Sentry, and Superwall, including:

  • User ID, device ID, and advertising ID
  • Usage events, including supplement names, dosages, and meal names
  • Crash reports and diagnostic data
  • Subscription and attribution records tied to your ID

What we keep

  • Purchase and transaction records, where tax and accounting law requires us to retain them
  • Anonymised, aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked back to you

Data on your device

Your supplement schedule and intake history are stored on your device. Uninstalling SuppleTrack deletes them immediately — no request needed, and we never see that copy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All changes will be posted here, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version.
